Willow is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Culture and Society, Western Sydney University, a community representative on the NSW Government's Stockton Special Advisory Panel, and a surf lifesaving Director of Education. She investigates communities' socio-educative dynamics, explaining household preparedness attitudes and coping strategies, across authorised and unauthorised hazard information systems.
