Budhi Kosasih

PhD Candidate

Budhi is a PhD candidate at UNSW Sydney, and passionate about flood-related research. His current work focuses on assessing the reliability of the NARCliM2.0 regional climate model for sub-daily continuous flood modelling. He holds a Bachelor's degree in water resources engineering and management from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (2019) and a Master's degree in water engineering from UNSW Sydney (2025).

Prior to his PhD, Budhi worked as a hydrologist on a national flood management project in Indonesia, gaining some experience in hydrology modelling. Through these professional and academic experiences, he would like to support more resilient flood management and mitigation frameworks.
