The Centre Management Team consists of two elements:

- A Project Management Office based at Western Sydney University's Hawkesbury Institute for the Enviornment, responsible for project finacial oversight, reporting and communications.

-A Knowledge Exchange Office based at DCCEEW, responsible for ensuring end-user engagement, working groups and program monitoring and evaluation. It also includes the secretariat function for the Steering Committee.
